Trademark Filing Forms

The USPTO has two options for filing that provide on-line Help: 1) electronically through e-TEAS; or 2) printing and mailing to the USPTO through PrinTEAS. For both, you can also use a "Form Wizard" to create a form tailored to your specific filing needs. Please see TEAS (Trademark Electronic Application System). For a blank paper form to prepare a preliminary "worksheet", you may go to either the e-TEAS or PrinTEAS site, open a form, and then click on the print function within your browser. Although this will produce an entire form that could be completed manually, we suggest you later return to the TEAS system to prepare the "real" application.
